Joe Oglesby, President

Our President, Joe Oglesby is a 17 year veteran in the Payment Processing industry. He started his career as a District Sales Manager with a Midwest based Sales office. With this ISO, he developed a sales team within a 7 state territory and spent his time hiring and training MLS representatives. Joe founded Premier Processing Systems in 1998 and through his leadership, PPS has built a reputation of integrity throughout the industry and has grown to become a top tier NPC ISO.

Michelle Oglesby, Vice President of Sales

Our Vice President of Sales, Michelle Oglesby has been working in the Payment Processing industry for the last 6 years. She started out as a sales rep for PPS and then transitioned into a Sales Manager. Now her sole responsibility is to help grow and enhance the PPS sales force. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Communications. Michelle is involved in a number of Missouri Chamber of Commerce organizations as well as the M.G.M.A. Michelle is responsible for hiring, training and managing the PPS Sales Team.

Carm Scherr, Customer Relationship Manager

Our Customer Relationship Manager, Carm Scherr has been working for PPS for the last 7 years. She has worked as a Customer Relations and Project Management Professional for 25 years. As a member of our team, her main responsibility is giving our merchants and our sales team a go to person to get answers and resolutions quickly and accurately. Carm has a Certificate of Accounting and is responsible for our office support staff working directly with the Vice President of Sales, the PPS Sales Team and our merchants.
